Yes, all downspouts are thoroughly flushed with each gutter clean when water is available at the home. If the outside spigots at the home are not turned on or are unavailable, the top portions of the downspouts will be snaked.

Gutter debris is cleaned out by hand and placed into garbage bags. The bags of debris are left at the customer’s home to be disposed of with weekly trash pickup. We can offer to haul away and dispose of the bags of debris, but there is an additional charge for this.

Yes, but this service is dependent on the time of the year and the availability of crews in your area. Same day or next day service may also be subject to an additional charge.

No, you do not need to be home at the time of service. Our crew will get the job done and leave an invoice in your door so you can pay by mail or online with a credit/debit card.

Because we have to work around the weather, we do not schedule for particular days or times. Instead, we schedule our gutter cleaning service in 10-day time frames. Once scheduled, the gutter cleaning will be completed within the 10-day time frame chosen.

Yes. A crew member will notify you on the day of service by text or phone call.

Unfortunately we cannot provide notification of gutter cleaning service a day or more in advance. The reason for this is that because we have to work around the weather, we have to generate our daily gutter cleaning lists each morning. We can notify you the morning of service if you like, but you’ll need to special request this with a representative when you schedule service.

We do not uninstall gutter guards to clean beneath them because the process of uninstalling and then reinstalling can damage the gutter guards and even the first layer of shingles on your roof. We can blow off your roof if it can be safely walked and then clean the tops of your guards off and flush out the downspouts with water.

Our gutter cleaning subscription program delivers convenience by taking away the hassle of remembering to schedule your gutter cleaning each year. It also delivers peace of mind by ensuring that your gutters are always free and flowing. The program allows you to put your gutter cleaning on autopilot so that you never miss critical gutter cleaning throughout the year. Your gutter cleans for each year are automatically scheduled and a credit card on file is automatically charged after each completed service. There is no long term commitment and the subscription service can be cancelled at any point prior to service.

We offer several subscription gutter cleaning plans. For optimal maintenance of the gutter system, and for customers who live in heavily wooded areas, we recommend the Max Protection Plan which consists of 6 gutter cleans per year or the Basic Protection Plan which consists of 4 gutter cleans per year. Customers can also choose 3-Gutter Clean and 2-Gutter Clean plans as well. All subscription gutter cleaning plans come with priority scheduling which means that subscription gutter cleans are guaranteed to be scheduled in the optimal time frames and are given scheduling priority. The Max Protection Plan and the Basic Protection Plan also include a Gutter Tune-Up where needed with each gutter clean at no additional cost.

How often your gutters should be cleaned out depends on a couple of factors including the design of your roof and the amount of trees around your home. As a baseline, gutters should be cleaned out at least twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. For properties with moderate tree cover, we recommend three cleans per year, one in the spring and twice in the fall. For properties that are heavily tree cover, we recommend four to six cleans per year, with multiple cleans throughout the spring and fall season.

Gutters should be cleaned in both the spring and the fall. In the spring Ohio trees shed their seedlings which can clog downspouts and lead to overflowing with the heavy spring rains and thunderstorms. In the fall, Ohio trees shed their leaves which collect in the gutter system causing it to back up and overflow.

In order for your gutters to function properly, they need to be clean! If the gutters and downspouts at your home are clogged with debris, they cannot perform their job of redirecting water away from your home. Seasonal rains can then cause expensive water damage to your landscape, exterior home features, and foundation.

Yes. Our gutter cleaning service comes with a 30-day no clog guarantee. If a customer’s downspouts are clogged within 30 days after the service has been provided, we will come out free of charge to clear the gutter system.

We do not. Instead of offering discounts and gimmicks, we set our gutter cleaning pricing as low as we can from the beginning so that everyone gets the best possible price.

We do offer minor gutter repairs that are scheduled and performed with a gutter cleaning service. Additional charges for gutter repairs apply. We do not offer repair-only work that is not paired with a gutter cleaning at this time.

We offer a Gutter Tune-Up service which consists in the installation of hidden gutter hangers wherever the gutters are loose or sagging. We can also reattach or secure loose or fallen gutter components that are in good working condition. Extra charges apply for repairs added to gutter cleaning service.

Whether gutter guards require ongoing maintenance is dependent on several factors such as the number of trees around your home, the design of your roof, and especially whether you have roof valleys. Although the gutters beneath the guards will never need to be cleaned out, the tops of the guards may need to be cleaned off if debris collects on them. We install 5 inch and 6 inch K-style aluminum gutters and downspouts. Our gutters are seamless and made onsite from premium, heavy duty .032 inch aluminum and come in a wide variety of colors. We do not install half-round or copper gutters.

Yes. We will replace any rotted fascia board discovered during a gutter installation service.
